A bit about your presenter:
Ruth Southorn is a trainer and coach on social media marketing & Etsy selling for small businesses, at Swallowtail Social. As an Etsy seller herself since 2011, she creates jewellery and her knowhow from the inside-out means her tailored support for makers and artists looking to make more of the Etsy marketplace.
Ruth runs group workshops, bespoke 1:1 trainings, and courses, so that business owners can spend their time online more productively, and free up time to spend offline!
