Running a business can be exhilarating, but we know it comes with its own set of challenges, especially for women. From juggling multiple roles to navigating gender bias, we’re here to provide a supportive space where you can share experiences and find solutions.

Programme Details:
- 5 interactive sessions starting the 23rd of January 2025.
- Mix of face-to-face and online meetings.
Dive deep into topics like marketing, finding clients, pricing for profit, managing work-life balance, overcoming imposter syndrome, handling burnout, time management, and more. Sessions are tailored to meet the needs and preferences of the group.
Schedulle:
- Meeting 1 – Thursday 23rd January – The Studio – 10am to 1pm
- Meeting 2 – Thursday 13th February – Online – 10.30am to 12pm
- Meeting 3 – Thursday 27th February – In-person, the venue will be confirmed closer to the time – 10am to 1pm
- Meeting 4 – Thursday 13th March – Online – 10.30am to 12pm
- Meeting 5 – Thursday 3rd April – The Studio – 10am to 1pm
Programme facilitators:
Sandy Merrell and Rachel Sweet are dedicated facilitators of our Peer Network Programme, with years of experience in mentorship and business development. Rachel’s empathetic approach and innovative strategies, paired with Sandy’s dynamic leadership and practical insights, create an inclusive and empowering environment for all participants.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Based in Bath & North Somerset and operating in creative industries.
- Are ready to start or have an established business (sole traders including)
- Registered for the B&NES Business Support Service.
