Our 2024–25 Impact Report
Between November 2024 and October 2025, we supported 702 businesses across the West of England, delivering nearly 5,000 hours of support through workshops, mentoring and tailored business advice. Together, we helped launch 47 new businesses, supported the creation of 74 jobs, and achieved an outstanding 97.9% client satisfaction rate. More than 1 in 4 businesses supported were based in priority neighbourhoods, helping ensure access to support reached those who may otherwise face barriers. During this period, we also launched new initiatives including the Growth Pilot, Co-Working Clubs and Carbon Reduction Accelerator, expanded our partnership delivery, and achieved B Corp Certification in January 2026. This report celebrates the businesses, communities, partners and individuals who continue to shape and strengthen our local economy.

Our Sustainability Impact Report
We believe that business resilience and environmental responsibility go hand in hand. Our Sustainability Impact Report builds on our environmental commitments and outlines the practical steps we’re taking to reduce our footprint, support SMEs on their carbon journeys, and embed sustainability across everything we do.
Highlights include: • Establishing our first carbon baseline (12.86 tCO₂e) and reduction plan. • Launching a Sustainability Hub and appointing our Sustainability Champion. • Embedding environmental awareness and accountability into every role, decision, and programme we deliver.
