In this workshop, you will get tools, techniques, and strategies to test that will help you to actually get stuff done!

This event is only available and is free for small businesses, small charities, sole traders and residents based in South Gloucestershire and Bath & North East Somerset.

When you work for yourself, there is always so much to do. The trouble with attending workshops, working with mentors, meeting so many fascinating fellow businesses – all of whom give you great ideas – is it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.

When will you ever have time to learn all the things, follow up those ideas, and earn a living – as well as life generally getting in the way? You’re analysing it all to the point of paralysis. Why does everyone else seem to get more done than you can?

We all get 24 hours in a day, how we use it is up to us. You can’t change the clock, but in this workshop, you will get tools, techniques, and strategies to test that will help you to actually get stuff done!

What will You learn?

✅ Time-Tested Strategies – Learn proven techniques to be more productive

✅ It can’t all be urgent – Identify your top priorities and create a roadmap to tackle them

✅ Stress relief – Claim control over your schedule

✅ A sense of achievement – Turn ideas into actionable steps and move forwards with confidence

✅ Stop procrastinating – Shifting your mindset to accept that we all work differently

✅ Tackling the time suckers – What sucks up your time and what can you do about it?

We all have busy lives, responsibilities, and different ways of working. In this workshop we will introduce you to different strategies – some will work for you, others won’t – the important thing is to try and give it time until you find a system that fits.

Who should attend?

Small business owners and solo-entrepreneurs, who need to work smarter, not harder and develop healthy habits to achieve their goals.
