The first step is to register for the funded business support by completing our online registration form, which you can access here.

Once registered, you can book our workshops through our website via Eventbrite. You’ll also receive an email with more details on how to join the workshops.

You can use your 12 hours of free business support by attending our online and in-person workshops or accessing 1-to-1 support.

Most workshops are 3 hours long, so you can book up to 4 workshops.

If you’re a pre-start client, you’ll be eligible for an additional 12 hours of support once your business is registered with HMRC, or in other words, once you start your business.

The programme officially offers 12 hours of free business support. However, we understand that some clients may need additional assistance. If you’ve used your 12 hours and would like to attend extra workshops or access further support, please get in touch with us. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs where possible.

Once registered for support, you can access the following:

• Support to start a business via our Business Start-up Programme
• A variety of growth workshops
• Assistance with starting a social enterprise
• Peer Networks (available through the B&NES Business Support Programme)
• B Corp Bootcamp

A limited number of 1-to-1 sessions are available to help with starting a business and overcoming challenges that are not covered in our workshops. Please get in touch to request a 1-to-1 session.

More extensive 1-to-1 mentoring and coaching is available for eligible individuals through our Business Scale-up Programmes. To apply for this support, an additional application form is required.

Bath & North East Somerset Business Scale-up Programme**

**Available only to residents and small businesses in the following areas: Twerton, Whiteway, Southdown, Snow Hill, Radstock, Midsomer Norton, Westfield, Farrington Gurney, Clutton, Temple Cloud, Pensford, Paulton, and High Littleton.

As this is a publicly funded programme, we need to ensure that the support is being allocated to eligible businesses registered in the UK. Seeing the UTR or CRN numbers enables us to check that public funds are being spent correctly.
