HR Essentials Programme Workshops

As part of the fully funded HR Essentials Programme, there are workshops and webinars available for eligible businesses. The consultancy and workshops you get will help you to develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and procedures.

In order to attend these workshops, you will need to have been accepted into the HR Essentials programme. You can apply here.

Who can access it:

  • Small businesses, including co-operatives, CICs and Charitable Companies based in Bath & North East Somerset, Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
  • SMEs with fewer than 250 employees.
  • Businesses must have at least 3 (FTE) employees and a turnover of more than £100,000.

Understanding human resources is essential to building a successful, sustainable company. This course will equip you with the foundational knowledge and practical skills needed to manage your workforce effectively and legally.
