Our 2023–24 Impact Report
Between November 2023 and October 2024, we supported 480+ businesses and 310 aspiring entrepreneurs, delivering nearly 4,800 hours of tailored support. Together, we helped 41 new businesses to launch, supported the creation of 28 new jobs, and achieved an outstanding 97% client satisfaction rate. More than 1 in 5 clients came from underserved communities, thanks to our dedicated outreach advisers and multilingual delivery. We also strengthened our governance, introduced B Corp–aligned policies, and set our first carbon baseline of 12.86 tCO₂e to track and reduce our footprint. This report celebrates not just numbers, but the people behind them — the entrepreneurs, businesses, partners, associates, and communities that make our region such a vibrant place to start, grow and thrive.

Our Sustainability Impact Report
We believe that business resilience and environmental responsibility go hand in hand. Our Sustainability Impact Report builds on our environmental commitments and outlines the practical steps we’re taking to reduce our footprint, support SMEs on their carbon journeys, and embed sustainability across everything we do.
Highlights include: • Establishing our first carbon baseline (12.86 tCO₂e) and reduction plan. • Launching a Sustainability Hub and appointing our Sustainability Champion. • Embedding environmental awareness and accountability into every role, decision, and programme we deliver.
